Legal Services Pathways Provides:
Naturalization
Legal Permanent Residents who meet the eligibility requirements may qualify to become U.S. Citizens.
Naturalization
When you are ready to naturalize with Pathways, our legal staff will prepare your N-400, Application for Naturalization. Additionally, our staff will inform you of all changes regarding your application, and will be with you from the beginning of your application process to your interview.
LPR Card Renewal
Apply to renew your LPR card six months before it expires.
LPR Card Renewal
A Permanent Resident Card is proof of your permanent resident status in the United States. It also serves as a valid identification document and proof that you are eligible to live and work in the United States.
DACA
Renew your DACA status and work authorization.
DACA
Pathways is currently only offering assistance with DACA renewals. USCIS is not processing initial DACA requests at this time. The program requires that the DACA status and accompanying work permit be renewed on a two-year basis.
Adjustment of Status
Become a legal permanent resident or petition for a qualifying family member.
Adjustment
Pathways assists with family-based adjustment of status. Those who are eligible are able to petition for a family-based adjustment of status. This transitions a person from a non-immigrant visa to permanent residency with the help of a family member or immediate relative.
FOIA
Request access to your immigration records to determine eligibility for naturalization.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA): We conduct USCIS FOIA and FBI FOIA requests and reviews on behalf of clients to confirm their eligibility for immigration benefits.
Citizenship Prep
Learn about U.S. government and history questions and advance your English to prepare for your citizenship exam.
Citizenship Prep
Our citizenship prep program is intended to prepare you for the naturalization test by guiding you through key civic topics, U.S. History, and government principles. You'll gain a deep understanding of the material and improve your English skills through focused reading and writing practice. Our classes are currently on hold.
