Dear NCICC Friends, Partners, and Community, 

I pray that all of you are healthy and staying safe during this pandemic.  NCICC is positioned to continue serving immigrants during this time. Please read on to learn more about how we are rising to serve amidst crisis. 

Sadly, my family is relocating out of state, so with a heavy heart, I announce that starting April 2, 2020, I will no longer be the director of NCICC.  Since 2016, I have served joyfully as director and watched a young, big-hearted agency turn into a thriving immigrant services practice with a Department of Justice recognition.  With almost 70 new citizens and hundreds of clients served, I feel honored to have served NCICC and worked with such beautiful people. With great hope and faith in our new executive director, Sonya Williams, I am confident that NCICC will continue to grow and impact the community in great ways. Sonya is a brilliant, caring and very capable leader with experience in both public and private sector.  She is a talented fundraiser. Above all, she is a compassionate and faithful leader.  Please embrace her as she takes on this new role during such a challenging time.
